How do I choose the right size for denim or boots?
We provide detailed size charts for all our products, especially important for items like Wrangler denim and boots. Measure yourself according to our guidelines and compare with the chart. When in doubt between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Fayetteville headquarters! However, we currently cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints.
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with reliable tracking. Delivery typically takes 10-15 days after dispatch.
Free Shipping (Orders $50+): Shipped via EMS for cost-effective delivery. Delivery typically takes 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
Our warehouse team processes orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive immediate order confirmation and shipping notifications.
Do I need to pay customs fees for international orders?
While we handle all customs documentation, some countries may charge import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Check with your local customs office for more information.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every piece as much as we do! If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
