Our Return Promise
We stand behind our authentic belts, boots, and apparel like a cowboy stands by his trusty steed. Most unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep our rodeo running smoothly, we can’t accept returns on:
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Personalized/customized Western wear
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
- Hats (for hygiene reasons – pardner, we’ve got to draw the line somewhere)
How to Return Your Items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – those packages can be as slippery as a greased pig at a county fair!
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days (your bank may take 2-3 more days to post it)
- Original Payment Method: Funds will return to how they came in, just like homing pigeons
Exchanges will ship once we receive your return, with processing times similar to new orders.
