Processing Time: We’ll saddle up your order within 1-2 business days after payment clears.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas). Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Our Return Promise

Like a cowboy stands by his trusty steed, we stand behind our authentic Western wear. If those boots didn’t fit just right or that denim jacket wasn’t the perfect shade, we’ve got you covered.

Return Policy Details:

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Refund Method: Original payment method

Non-Returnable Items:

To keep our rodeo running smoothly, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Personalized/customized Western wear
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
  • Hats (for hygiene reasons – pardner, we’ve got to draw the line somewhere)

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – those packages can be as slippery as a greased pig at a county fair!

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return (your bank may take 2-3 more days to post it)
  • Original Payment Method: Funds will return to how they came in, just like homing pigeons

Exchanges: Will ship once we receive your return, with processing times similar to new orders.

Damaged or Wrong Items?
